01 / Early Work

Design, consulting, and communication.

I began working independently in 2011 as a founder, creative director, and IT consultant. I worked on design, identity, marketing, digital projects, infrastructure, networking, hardware, and technical support, from understanding the client’s needs through implementation and delivery.

I later worked as a freelance photojournalist and writer. Reporting added research, interviewing, photography, and editorial work to a background already grounded in design and communication.

02 / Technical Work

Development and systems.

My technical experience includes front-end development, product prototypes, integrations, and deployment. I have built interfaces and tools around real workflows, working across presentation, application behavior, and the systems needed to run them.

As a technician, I worked directly with point-of-sale hardware, installation, configuration, and technical support. My broader systems experience includes IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, hardware, and troubleshooting.

03 / Marketing

Marketing and creative direction.

As a marketing director, I worked across brand, content, SEO, campaign planning, and marketing strategy. The role connected creative direction with the practical work of reaching an audience and supporting a business.

04 / Current Work

AI, models, and software.

As an enterprise support specialist, I work on technical troubleshooting, systems support, issue isolation, and the operational problems that appear where software, infrastructure, and users meet.

Alongside that role, I work as a freelance AI engineer. My work includes AI training, data science, machine learning model adaptation and evaluation, agent systems, context management, model tooling, software development, and technical prototypes.
